After MMS
Our Upper Elementary program provides a transition between the Montessori approach and the schools to which our graduates transfer. The Head of School meets with each sixth grade family to explore those schools best suited to the child's particular strengths and aspirations. MMS students consistently matriculate at the schools of their choice. Recent graduates have enjoyed success at both public and independent schools such as Allen-Stevenson, Brearley, Bronx Science, Browning, Calhoun, Chapin, Collegiate, Columbia Prep, Dalton, the Delta program, Fieldston, Friends, Horace Mann, Hunter, LaGuardia, Marymount, Nightingale-Bamford, Riverdale, Stuyvesant, and Trinity.
