MMS exceeds Annual Fund goal
We did it!
For a second consecutive year, the MMS community has exceeded its goal of 90 percent parent participation in the Annual Fund. This support will enable the school to receive a $10,000 challenge grant.
The school took in more than $269,631 from 92 percent of the parents in the school.
“This is a fantastic result,” said Head of School Brenda Mizel. “Thank you to all our current families, former families, alumni, grandparents, and friends who made a gift to the school. This foundation of support allows us to maintain our commitment to faculty salaries and diversity. It also allows us to plan for the future, because we know that our community cares deeply about MMS.”
Brenda acknowledged the hard work of the parent volunteers on the Annual Fund committee, who reached out personally to donors.
Donors and volunteers will be formally recognized in the Donor Recognition Report to be published in the fall.
